Terms of service

Last updated 3 August 2026

What you buy, what we give you, and what we expect. Briefly. The Spanish version prevails if the two disagree.

What the membership is

A digital card giving you access and perks at venues partnered with I Love SCL for as long as your plan lasts.

Perks are defined and delivered by each venue. We publish and keep them current, but we are not the venue and are not responsible for its service, its music, its kitchen or its decision to let someone in.

Entry is the venue’s decision

Your membership proves you are a member. It is not a right of admission: each venue keeps its own rules on age, capacity, dress and behaviour, and may turn you away for the same reasons it would turn anyone away.

It is yours alone

The card is personal. The code you show at the door changes every thirty seconds precisely so a screenshot is useless to someone else.

Your card works on one phone at a time: signing in on another closes the previous one.

If we find you are sharing it, we may suspend it without a refund.

Validity

Your membership starts when you activate it, not when you buy it, and lasts the days your plan states. The exact date is on your card.

The access handed to you expires: the counter code lasts fifteen minutes and the one sent by message, twelve hours. If it expires, ask for another where you bought it.

Refunds

If you did not activate it, you may request a refund where you bought it within fourteen days.

Once activated there is no refund, because from that moment you can use it.

Your data

What we keep, why, and how to delete it is in the privacy policy. In short: the minimum, and you can delete it yourself whenever you want.

If something fails

We do what is reasonable to keep the service up, but we cannot guarantee it never goes down or that your phone has signal at a club door.

Our liability is limited to what you paid for your membership.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Chilean law. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you keep the rights your country of residence gives you.
